Dr. Stephen Gasquet Weber, MD

Dr. Weber is the best doctor my mother's ever had and she has had 20+ doctors over the years. She is immunocompromised and has battled multi-drug resistant infections for years, largely in part to ill-equipped doctors trying to manage a very complicated case. Dr. Weber ALWAYS follows up personally to my mom's calls and messages, even on weekends... He genuinely cares and understands the complexity and urgency of MDROs in vulnerable populations. We thought another doctor could manage her recent infection and she ended up in the hospital...Dr. Weber swooped in on a holiday weekend even though she was at a different hospital than UC, and he contacted an ID doc there to make sure she had the best care. He personally followed up and continued to check in. We will never make the mistake of going to a different doctor again. His office is far away, but he is worth the trek and will do virtual visits for our convenience. If you are medically complex, or older and have a MDRO, he is the doctor… for you. He has saved my mom's life at least 2x at this point and I'm sure will continue to do so. We love you Dr. Weber and so appreciate all that you do!

Doesn't give a rat's behind about his patients. Waited three months to see him; then, when things were not happening regarding my care, went to medical records and found he has falsified and fabricated my medical record in order not to treat me for a zoonotic disease that would have met with disapproval by the "thought leaders" in his medical society. Better to throw me under the bus although I was barely 100 lbs at 5'6 and could not function. Definitely kiss up/kick down kind of person. Playing medical politics his favorite sport. Would not recommend him to anyone. He does these consults so he can keep his license -- otherwise he is a hospital administrator, not interested in patient. Interested in himself, his advancement, power and influence, and making bigger and bigger bucks,
