Dr. Steve Behram, MD

I had heard all these wonderful things about Dr. Behram and maybe he's good as a gynecologist, but he's terrible as an OB. This is a doctor who told a woman who had suffered 3 miscarriages to prepare herself for another one because he couldn't hear the heartbeat at 5w 6d. This is a doctor who suggested doing a c-section because my induction had stalled at 6 cm at 3 pm and I'd only been at the hospital since 7 am. This is a doctor who, after I actually did deliver my baby on my own, tugged at my placenta so hard that I could feel it (epidural had stopped working on one side). He was not my regular doctor and I only saw him maybe 2-3 times during my multiple visits (I went much more frequently than the average patient) and unfortunately I made the bad decision to schedule my induction (which was medically necessary) when my regular doctor wasn't on call. My experience with him traumatized me and after my regular doctor left the practice (and she does not accept my insurance where… she's at now), I never went back and I'm too afraid to find another OBGYN.

Dr. Behram has great bed side manners. He patiently explained the steps of Endometrial Ablation surgery to me. The staff is very courteous and attentive. Overall it was a great experience!

Horrible office to go to on regular basis. Hate the front desk staff. They are always so loud. They are expensive and billing will eat you up if you don't pay them. Unfriendly place to visit. Start looking for a new OB office for sure.

worse OB/GYN ever. Dr. Steve Behram is very money hungry and is not passionate about his the lives of patients. I am rating this Dr's office 0 if possible because I have never meet with an inhuman Dr like him in my life time as I also had other patients make the same money hungry issue about him. He will insist you pay for the service first before consultation. He is so incompetent as he got in the medical profession just to make money and not for quality service.

Because of the volume of patients, Dr. Behram typically doesn't see patients until the last few weeks of their pregnancies, but all of his associates are knowledgeable and capable. Michelle at the front desk is a god-sent. She remembers everything and goes above and beyond to accommodate people. It used to take a while to be seen (if your appointment was at 3 you wouldn't get back there until 3:30-4:45) but they have been making an obvious effort to fix that, and I usually wait about 10 minutes now. The only complaint is that the ultrasound technician is not friendly and doesn't talk the entire time she does the ultrasound. She doesn't smile, give any info on what she's seeing, or even turn the screen so you can see (unless you ask). They definitely need to get someone else in that role.

I had a worst experience with this Doctor and staff. They told me to do unnecessary test and even didn't diagnosed properly. Luckily I found different gyno at the right time otherwise i had to do several test for no reason. I won't recommend going to this doctor, but then everyone has there own preferences. There staff Mitchell specially was charging me money to transfer my reports to other doctor. So good luck if you choose this doctor.

The best OB-GYN doctor I have ever seen.

A very knowledgeable provider who truly cares for his patients. He has helped us out a lot! We are so grateful and would highly recommend him!
