Dr. was very helpful and his staff were very polite and patient and extremely understanding.

This Dr does not take the time to answer any questions. He rushes to do everything. Had a cystoscopy done and he has never reviewed my medical records. Said everything was OK, yet I've had blood in my urine for 5 years. I need a second opinion. He also schedules appointments just for a simple urine test. In fact, he didn't get my urine. Very unprofessional

Dr. Chung did not talk much during the many times that I have seen him but I believe he knows without exception very much about his area of medicine and you can trust his judgement! Thank you for medical doctors like Dr. Chung.

He let a woman do my prostate examh horrible experience didn't know what she was doing, she didn't care that I was uncomfortable about it laugh about it said she had small fingers she shouldn't be in men's health, looking for a new doctor that respect men's privacy woman have choices men don't she's a horrible nurse

well I must say the last appointment I had with this dr. was quite a disappointment when the prostate exam took place. He allowed a woman to perform my prostate exam, what was she feeling around for? what was he thinking when he allowed this to happen i think I made it perfectly clear over all these years that I prefer a male doctor where I think that no one understands the male anatomy better than another man and a female should have a female dr. as no one understands the female anatomy more better than another woman, I hope she knew what she was feeling around for do you get my drift? or was this some sort of psychiatric evaluation to see my reaction to this situation, what planet is this doctor on, obviously he does not listen to his patients from what I have read about others visits with him in their reviews confidence is very high that I will be considering another urologist to go to.

My husband was charged for tests that were never done by Dr. Chung. We agreed to pay for the consultation (the larger part of the bill) but since no urine was collected we did not think we should have to pay for 2 urine tests that were never done (I was with him, I know for a fact they never got urine from him). The Dr. wanted to do a prostate exam and my husband refused and left, then we got billed for tests that never happened. They would not listen to us about the bill, administration never got back to us and then we got a notice months later saying our bill would go to collections, there was literally nothing we could do but pay for services we never recieved. They argued with us saying they got results from the tests, and if that is so, it was SOMEONE else's results, and we never recieved results. I would recommend ANY other urology clinic. This place is run by corrupt frauds or extremely unorganized individuals that mix up their clients labels and specimens, or both.

This doctor seems to care nothing about providing quality care to patients. He refused to explain anything to me and was dismissive as if I was wasting his time. If he is too busy to treat people like human beings then perhaps he needs to lighten his case load. That would mean making less money though so doubt he will.
