Dr. Steven Jon Clark, DPM

I had seen this doctor several times without a problem. A few months ago, after having to go to my PCP for a referral, I made an appointment. It was for 2:30 in the afternoon, just after the lunch break. I arrived about 2:15 and signed in. There were two patients ahead of me.and the first was leaving as I sat down in the waiting room. The second was called in and moments later the assistant took me in, asked me to take off my shoes, and said she would be back in a moment to raise the footrest. She did not return so I raised it myself. It was covered with a thick plastic cover that was filthy, some of the stains looked like blood . A few minutes later, at about 2:35 the patient ahead of me left. No one ever returned to the room or spoke to me. At 2:20 I put on my shoes and left. I sent Dr. Clark a message on his website, but did not receive a response. I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional. Maybe he was having a bad day as I had not had any problem before but I'll not go back… there again.
