When I need him he’s a call away

The 30 minute wait was only as a new patient; I almost never have to wait more than 5 minutes to get my allergy shots every week. All the nurses and other staff are super nice, patient and caring. The one thing I suggest to anyone being tested for allergies (at any allergy doctor) is to stop taking any kind of allergy medication (zyrtec, allegra, benedryl, etc.) for at least 5 to 7 days, 2-3 days sometimes is not enough to pick up on even severe allergies. I was tested in 2008 at another allergy doctor but only stopped zyrtec for 3 days; they did not detect my cat allergy. Dr. Cole's testing revealed my cat allergy this year; I stopped taking zyrtec for 5 days. I itched like mad those 5 days, but it was worth it. I didn't know being constantly exposed to cat dander when you're allergic can cause major pulmonary issues. We had to re-home our cats, but I am finally breathing better! I have had several bad reactions to the cat shots and had to call the office; they are always caring… and informative. I would recommend Dr. Cole to anyone; he and his staff are very good!

The staff at Allergy & Asthma Ctr is friendly and great!!

The waiting room could use some updating but the location and staff are wonderful. I have faith in Dr. Cole, I felt lucky to be back in Memphis.
