Dr. Steve Stewart Dorsch, MD

Dr. Dorsch is excellent. He and his staff are very professional and thorough from start to finish. I would highly recommend his practice.

I originally thought Dr. Dorsch was a great guy with exemplary credentials, but he allowed his dentist buddy to destroy my entire oral health. Dr. Dorsch also withheld some of his medical records, and then later sent me a so-called apology with a falsely prepared referral and report that never occurred. I was shocked that Dr. Dorsch was willing to stoop so low to protect an unethical dentist that he would be willing to prepare a completely false report. He has lost all credibility and I would not recommend. Dr. Dorsch's implant that he placed on me was actually destroyed by his dentist buddy since he placed a large dollop of cement without connecting the implant which resulted in inflammation/bacterial infection resulting in more residual heart problems. I would not recommend Dr. Dorsch, since he does not believe in Veracity and do no harm to patients.

Dr Dorsch was very friendly and took me through the steps when I had my wisdom teeth removal(which I stayed awake for) and kept me calm. The surgery was a success with no issues of infection or anything! The follow up was also great and I recommend anyone who needs oral surgery procedures to go to him.

I underwent a consultative exam with Dr. Dorsch for multiple implants following referral by former dentist who had impulsively extracted several of my 2nd molars, which resulted in significant bone loss to my lower jaw. Because my former dentist never obtained informed consent prior to the extractions, I was confused when Dr. Dorsch stated I had bone loss on my lower jaw area that required several implants and bone grafts. Further, when I questioned Dr. Dorsch as to what caused the bone loss, he side stepped my question. At that time, I was very depressed and confused, and my overall well being was deteriorating rapidly due to my oral health. But, at no time did Dr. Dorsch inform my referring dentist that he needed to refer me immediately to a specialist. As such, I continued painful treatments and lost a total of 11 teeth. Although I read great things about Dr. Dorsch, he had a duty to protect me from additional destruction that was ongoing with my oral health. However, at no… time did he ever speak up. I would love to ask Dr. Dorsch...what happened to the Hippocratic oath " do no harm."

Had a fantastic experience with Dr. Dorsch when I had my wisdom teeth out!

Would not recommend Dr. Steven S. Dorsch for oral surgery. He did not seem to have a good grasp on what was necessary for successful treatment and made mistakes that cost me a lot in both money and physical pain. I'm dealing with the ramifications of his mistakes to this day. When I requested a refund to help pay for the treatment I would need to fix his mistakes, he refused. Don't be fooled by the fancy office.

Highy ethical and honest, cares about his patients, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is a super nice guy and will spend as much time as you need to make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions. What could have been a nightmare for me was actually reduced to a minor inconvenience. He personally follows up to see if you are OK (not a staff member)and returns phone calls promptly (within a couple of hours).
