Dr Goldwasser performed 3 delicate surgeries on me and reconstructed my surgical area. This area now has the appearance and functioning of someone 20 years younger (I'm 67). No more pain and embarrassment. Thank you God for this wonderful doctor and a staff that's as kind, compassionate and efficient as he is!

When I arrived as a new consult I was told “we are doing mandatory binding arbitration. Watch the video and sign.” What if I do not sign? We want see you. Thanks for the heads up on that. Roughest exam I have ever experienced. The drape I used was a frayed, quarter, of what appeared, a twin bed. sheet. Figure how exposed i was. I am still angry at myself for not walking out. Enjoy the MBA while it is still legal. Speaks volumes about the practice.

I came to Dr. Goldwasser seeking a second opinion on whether surgery was warranted. I had a horrific experience with one of his colleagues and came to him a bit apprehensive. He personally conducted the full intake and showed me what was happening with models and drawings, and ensured I understood all prior imagery findings and diagnoses. He performed an unbelievably thorough physical exam (!), telling me what he was doing along the way so there were no surprises. Although his final assessment was that surgery would not help me with my chief complaints, it was evident that he wanted to help w my issue and gave me several avenues to pursue. He asked me to keep him posted after my visits with other specialists and invited me to send him any questions. He truly seemed interested in my case and concerned for my well-being. An absolute 180 from his local colleague. I cannot say enough about this experience! As an aside, other reviews mentioned a wait. When I showed up for my appointment,… there were three other women in the waiting room so I assumed I would be in for the long haul. Not only was I called back moments after my appointment time, but he walked in the room shortly thereafter. A fantastic first experience all around.

I waited an hour past my appointment time and then 40 more minuets in the room. When he came in he asked me “why do you think you have prolapse? You’re only 30” I responded that I could see my bladder he asked “why were you looking down there”and that made me really uncomfortable... it’s my body? It felt weird.. he didn’t check me until I showed him a picture I had taken on my phone. He acted like I just was there because I wanted to show him my vagina. And then when he checked me he said “it’s not prolapse it’s early early early prolapse” and then showed me a picture of a woman with her insides completely out of her body and said “this is prolapse” so his conclusion was that he couldn’t do anything for me until I could carry my insides with both hands outside of my body. He offered me medication so I didn’t have to use the bathroom as often... that wasn’t about to fix my problem so seeing as I had waisted my time and money I left very upset and embarrassed. Since I have been… to another doctor and have been diagnosed with prolapse. I got my bill and paid it. I got another bill so I called and was told to wait because payment might not be posted yet. Today I got another bill and have spent 3 hours waiting on them to figure out that they credited my payment to “another patient” Save yourself the waisted time and money and see someone else. I paid just under $300 for him to embarrass me, treat me like I’m stupid, and then credit my payment to someone else!

Dr Goldwasser is an excellent surgeon. He is skilled, caring and gas a nice bedside manner. I am grateful to be his patient

Dr Goldwasser was so very knowledgeable on what women go thru with incontinence and he can help anyone. He is so professional and makes you feel very comfortable talking to him. and examining your situation.His office is a happy environment for patients with an embarrassing situation. I had a simple surgery and I am an RN and I couldn't ask for better care before and after.Extra care is taken for a sterile environment to prevent any chance of infection with the patient doing their part.I have now referred friends and relatives to him. You will be very pleased. Thank you Dr.Goldwasser.

Out of the few doctors that specialize in Urogynecology in our area I feel Dr. Goldwasser is by far the BEST! After many visits with another doctor who never explained anything and basically seemed like he hated his job, Dr. Goldwasser was a breath of fresh air. He actually conversed and demonstrated a genuine concern for my situation. I am very grateful to have found not only a doctor with his expertise, but one that cares and puts real effort in the medical care he gives. Unfortunately, this is a rarity within this specialty...smart, nice and motivated to help patients (and local)!

First of all he is a big disappointment. My appointment was at 9:30. I arrived at 9:16. I was called about 9:35. I waited and waited and waited while I could hear him laughing and conversing with patient in adjoining room for over 25 minutes He opened my door to see me about 10:40. Been sitting in room since about 9:35). He came in obviously now in a panic rush because he got himself so far behind and acted like he did not want to get into my issue that I was sent there for. I had tons of information to share with him to help me with my kidney problem that I was sent to him for by my kidney doctor and he was disinterested in all of it. At first he said he would put me on pills and see me in a year. After he left to make call he came back a little very little more concerned and said perhaps I should see you in a month. Terrible. Do not feel safe going back. I waited over one hour for basically nothing.

Setting the appointment was difficult as new person in scheduling didn't know what she was doing. Then length of time before I could get in (over a month) is a LONG time when you have an issue. Dr. Goldwasser however was wonderful. Very personable, easy to talk to. Didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. 1st visit... maybe expected a little more but then the reason for the visit perhaps didn't warrant it. Not impressed with M.A. So far, I'm keeping him! Bedside manner goes a long way.
