Dr. Steve J Huang

I went to Dr. Steve Huang to have a tooth extracted. Due to the pandemic, I was instructed to call the office when I arrived and to wait in my car until a member of the staff came out to get me. Fifty minutes after my scheduled appointment time, someone came out to speak to me and said that they were almost ready for me. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes before being allowed to enter the office. The office staff were very friendly. However, Dr. Huang was not personable and he only wanted to talk about the costs of an implant. He then quickly removed the tooth and disappeared. An assistant explained the post treatment care and I left. Over the weekend, I discovered after the area had stopped bleeding, that there was a piece of the tooth remaining in the extraction site. After removing the piece with a pair of tweezers, I discovered another piece imbedded on the other side of the opening which I also removed. Two weeks later, I realized that a third piece of the tooth had been… jammed into the gum of the neighboring tooth and I had to remove it. I do not understand how a dentist would allow a patient to leave the office without verifying that the tooth had been removed completely. I am sure that an X-ray of the area would have revealed the remnants of the tooth.

I do not recommend Dr. Steve Huang. All he cares is money. I called the day before the sinus lift surgery and asked the antibiotic to be prescribed, they said no. He prescribed a very strong antibiotic. It made me so sick I was afraid to take it. I never had any problems with full anesthesia. I felt so sick after the sinus lift and threw up twice as soon as I got home. Six months after the sinus lift surgery, he told me he needed to do a special catscan and I had to pay $150 for it. He said it would be better for me to do it. I did not do the special catscan because I have had several implants done and have never heard of a special catscan. Dr. Huang does not care for his patients at all. He has no patience at all!

One month after seeing Dr. Stevie, I was diagnosed with cancer by one of the leading surgeons in the United States. This is not my opinion. It is an absolute fact. Hey it's your health. There are many excellent dentists in Las Vegas. Make a wise choice.

MY WIFE AND I BOTH WENT TO DR. HUANG FOR COMPLETE UPPER JAW TEETH EXTRACTIONS. WE WILL BOTH BE GOING BACK AS SOON AS MY INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE AGAIN FOR OUR LOWER JAWS. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AND HIS STAFF HIGHLY ENOUGH
