Dr. Steven Bernard Louvet, DO

I have been under the care of Dr. Louvet for almost two years and have seen him numerous times. Every office visit has been a consistently pleasant and effective experience. The office staff (front & back) are friendly and efficient. The technical staff are obviously well trained and equally pleasant. And Dr. Louvet is everything one would want in a physician: I've never waited longer than five minutes for my appointment, Dr. Louvet is thorough, he is very considerate of the needs of the elderly, (that's me), he returns phone calls very quickly, and he LISTENS carefully. Specialists I've gone to speak very highly of Dr. Louvet, more proof of his medical prowess. I have total confidence in Dr. Louvet and I am fortunate to be in his care.

So through and takes his time, excellent bedside manner.

This is not about my doctor, it's about the staff who manns the desks apparently the back desk does not know what the front desk is doing or vice versa. I wanted to see my doc for a sick visit. they were busy so I left my information, they called back and I was busy . so now I had to call back the back desk said the front desk must have called me and if I know the persons name I said why don't you see who called me and left the message, The person told me she will put me on hold so I can play the message back to see who the person was that called me. I did and found out no name of the person on the front desk was left, and now the back desk person does not know why I called, and i proceeded to tell her but she insisted on knowing who the person was that called me. Look I just want to see my doctor when Im sick not play 20 questions witjh the office help. Maybe their are too many hands no one knows what the other person is doing or maybe you need one person answering the phones… to direct the calls, Looks like I will opt to go to the ER until they front and back desk can figure things out.
