Terrific!

I saw Dr. Rucker on Monday and he did blood tests. Received a call on Wednesday with the results. He spent 5 minutes on the phone with me explaining the results and answering my questions. Great doctor, not much waiting time, plenty of parking.

Great doctor, highly knowledgeable, with a superb sense of humor. Responds immediately to questions through MyChart. Never much of a wait. I see the reviews criticizing staff but these gripes are unwarranted. I’ve found staff to be very helpful.

Dr. RUCKER IS A GOOD DOCTOR BUT HE ALWAYS RUSHES HIS OFFICE VISIT WITH YOU. ALSO WHENEVER YOU NEED TESTS RESULTS OR NEED TO SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR YOU WILL NEVER GET A RETURN PHONE CALL FROM HIM PERSONALLY. ITS ALWAYS FROM ONE OF THE GIRLS IN HIS OFFICE AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE ANSWER IS TO YOUR QUESTION. VERY ANNOYING.

Always expect to wait at least 90 minutes for your scheduled appointments. I once waited almost 2 hours and I have no idea why because I should've left. Terrible customer service and parking is a nightmare too. Speaking to a receptionist on the phone I'm on hold for at least 30 minutes. Avoid at all costs. I've moved on after a year. This office is either understaffed or unorganized and inefficient. Absolutely Unacceptable! Save yourself the headache.

Dr. Rucker is great.....dealing with his office is quite another story. As an example....Dr.'s office called 4 days ago to let me know Dr. wanted me to start new prescription---still not called into RX....am on phone hold for about 20 minutes now trying to speak with someone---again.

After waiting a long time in the waiting room for any scheduled visit, I found that he is always in a hurry, and doesn't care about the feelings of the patient. He makes it clear he does not want questions. He will prescribe indiscriminately instead of addressing the cause of a physical problem. I have had the impression all he cares about is the bottom line.

Great doctor , but unfortunately the support staff is completly unprofessional and understaffed .

Dr. Rucker knows what he is doing! Staff and office are very well run.

I had an appointment with Dr Rucker and the staff put me with one of his associates. I have beed a patient for almost 20 years and he has been great. The office staff on the other hand is not. Only one girl I can rely on.
