He was a complete jerk. Appeared to be showing off his nasty attitude for the medical students following him on his clinic visits. He further berated a fellow heart doctor at the Heart Hospital. Not what I would expect from a professional. If he is a good surgeon I will never know due to his horrible attitude.

Dr. Tyndall was wonderful with my elderly mother, and is a top-notch expert in his field. His ONLY 'downfall' is that he was a man of few words when talking with us in the days that followed my mother's surgery. I realize he is a very busy surgeon, but a little more personal time would have been appreciated.

In 2005 my husband had a ruptured aneurysm and was rushed to emergency at Bryan Hospital. Dr. Tyndall was just finishing up a scheduled surgery and he operated on Doug for the next 5 hours. He saved my husband's life. He is an excellent surgeon and I will be forever grateful that he was available at the moment my husband needed him.

Rude. Was there for a vascular related consult although not heart issue. Referred by my family doctor and will never go to him again nor would I refer anyone. Acted like he doesnt deal with my specific condition and didn't want to. Didn't examine me at all and was very short.
