When I would ask a question all he would say is :you are messing up my train of thought. He ruined my life. Am now suffering from gastroparesis.

Basically a waste of time. Better to find someone with compassion. That isnt in his vocabulary. The nurse navigator dumped me on him. Could have spent my time with someone who treats cancer.

WoW! My experience with Dr. Abbate was incredible from beginning to end. I received exceptional customer service from his office staff, to him being supper specific and detailed on what procedure was best for me. I highly recommend Dr. Abbate.

Best surgeon in town.Pure luck that he was in the hospital as I needed a specialist in abdominal surgery .he tested his skill three times on me. I don't think I could have found a better surgeon doing a lot of research.Every morning he checked on my progress.

MY WIFE HAD SOME PROBLEMS AFTER SURGERY.I CALLED TO GET SOME ADVISED AND FOUND THE STAFF NOT VERY HELPFUL. MY WIFE HAD DIARRHEA AFTER GALLBLADDER REMOVAL. THEY ADVISE: IF MY WIFE HAD DIARRHEA TO EAT BREAD.

I recommend Dr. Abbate highly, he helped me in so many ways. Of course with the surgery and also with his bedside manner, I don't think I could of found a better doctor to handle my case.

This doctor was very short and nasty with his out look on me. He didnt care that I had been to 3 other doctor's who told me the same thing and he was the last one I was to see because he was the surgeon that was to do my surgery. He wanted to do all the tests I had been doing the past few months all over again because he didnt seem to trust my family doctor on them. Now my insurance was not going to pay for them to be done again in less then a months time frame. He was rude and when we came out of the exam room he walks up to the desk and tells everyone in ear shot whats wrong with me and all my business. I would never refer this man. He has a nasty bedside manner.
