I wish I could give zero stars. I paid thousands for hair and facial treatments at X-Cell Concierge Medicine with Dr. Abdelmalak, based on his guarantees of visible results. After multiple sessions, there was almost no improvement, and my card was even charged without my authorization. Very disappointing, expensive, and unprofessional experience.

Dr. Abdelmalak is a caring physician who spends all the time that you need with you, and sees you as a person rather than an illness. He is focused on helping me achieve the best quality of life for as long as possible, and is a wealth of information on the newest anti-aging treatments. I recommend him highly!! Doctors like this are very rare.

no bed side manners, talks down to you

Took My son for an urgent care unit as he was having rectal bleeding and complaining of pain that he thought maybe it is hemorrhoid, Doctor comes in refused to even look at it to see if it is really a hemorrhoid or not, bleeding was excessive and I urged him just to take a look and see if it is ok or shall we go to the emergency room still refused, had his hands over each other and told us to go see the primary care doctor. if he examined my son I would have taken it but to get there with pain and also fever and have him do nothing at all is a shame, he is a shame to the MD community.
