I saw Dr Steve Allen a few years back for vein surgery and he was very reassuring and caring as I was so nervous to have this procedure done. He even called to me to see how I was doing the day after the procedure. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Allen was very accommodating. He really cares about his patients. I went to him with my brother who needed treatment. After he treated my brother I asked him a question concerning a problem I had with PAD. He then examined me and advised me how to treat the disease. All I expected was a yes or no answer to my question, but instead he treated me for the problem at no charge. He is a true professional who cares about people.

Today when you go to the doctor you are often an observer as the doctor spends most of his/her time interacting with a computer. Not so with Dr. Allen. His focus is on his patient – how nice to be old school. His practice is definitely patient centered. When my family doctor said I urgently needed to see a vascular specialist I didn’t have to get to the end of the line and wait my turn for an appointment – Dr. Allen saw me immediately. When I needed meds immediately Dr. Allen covered me with some samples. He doesn’t hide behind the receptionist. He gives you his cell phone so you can contact him directly 24/7. He doesn’t just tell you what to do – he explains why you need to do it. I recommend him highly – a great doctor!

Dr. Steven K Allen of The Center for Advanced Vein Therapy is the TOP DOC in vein therapy in my book. I had multiple issues including a non-healing venous ulcer which caused me great pain. Dr. Allen assured me and comforted me that he can help me with my issues. Dr. Allen and his staff were very kind and professional throughout my treatments. My edema, heaviness and non-healing ulcer in my legs no longer exist. My legs feel and look great. I am pain free and thankful for all of Dr. Allen’s treatments. My profession as a register nurse, requires me to be on my feet for twelve-hour shifts. Dr. Allen and his staff are absolutely First Class from beginning to end. I have been treated by Dr Allen for two different issues. He is kind ,very thorough and takes a detailed medical history. He explains issues and procedures in detail.
