Very rude. Does not care for patients or need for fmla time.

Doc isn't so bad, but his staff mocked me and laughed at me for questioning the incredibly long wait time. Never went back.

I have been going to Dr. Arnold for 5 years he is and outstanding physician. I have even take my son to him in which likes him as well. He takes his time to listen to you and he exsplains things to you so you understand them even if it takes 45 minutes. He never rushes to get out of the room. The staff is very friendly Shelly is amazing she does her job well. I have never had any problems since I have been going there. When I have an appointment I have never waited more than 10 min before I seen the Dr. I would Recommend Dr Arnold to anyone.

Very unfriendly atmosphere. Went to see Dr Arnold and regarding severe pain I was having and without even looking at the area I was having pain he made a diagnosis and gave me a prescription. Two days later the pain was much worse and ended up seeing another doctor and after taking a one look at the area the doctor diagnosed it as a cyst which will take surgery to remove it. Dr. Arnold diagnosed it as a sprained muscle even though he did not see it. I called and left a message for Dr Arnold, voicing my complaint. The only thing I heard back from him was a bill in the mail for his services! Wrong diagnosis, wrong prescription!!! The staff was very unfriendly also.
