I had the worst experience of my life with a front office staff member. I asked this lady why she had billed me for a consultation visit when my PPO insurance covered this expense? She spoke down to me, rudely saying in a offensive tone that my insurance did not cover this cost. I firmly said why had she then provided me an estimate of $300 (my out of pocket cost) in my initial first visit and not once did she advised me there would be a charge for a consultation visit? She proceeded to treat me like a juvenile by chastising me for not understanding what I had heard or signed. She quickly said I'll call you back and cut me off! There are so many better dentists who treat their patients with dignity and respect, especially when customers carry the cost for good service. You deserve better treatment for your money!
