I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bagan, Dr. Strinden, and Dr. Swanholm. I've had the opportunity to see each of them and am so pleased by my care. Especially my cataract surgery from their team!

Thank you to Dr Bagan and his staff on my recent cataract surgery. Hands down the place to go! He and his team have a stellar reputation for a reason - from start to finish the process was easy and I always felt informed and comfortable. They presented the options impartially to me and I’m glad I selected the premium option. The ability to read without glasses is amazing after many years of using cheaters! I will recommend Dr Bagan and the Bagan Strinden Vision team to everyone I know.

i had been sitting in front of a lazer machine waiting for dr strindin for 45min. when dr bagan walked by and said hi as he passed by, 25 min later or after sitting there for 70 min. dr bagan saw me sitting there again waiting for strindin and asked me if i was the same person still waiting for strindin to try to break up a cloudy mass in my eye that strindin caused by a botched lens surgery months eairlier and i said yes in a dissapointed manner and dr bagan said that this wasunacceptable and went to look for strindin. a few minutes later strindin came stormin into the room with a bad attitude and sat down without saying a word and started to do something to my eye to try and breakup the mass of bubbles with his lazer for the 3rd time. he did not even do any adjustments to the lazer as he did in the past 2 appointments,he just sat down embarrassed and did nothing as far as i kno! no appology of any kind and when done got up and left the room a assistant escorted me out and iv never… been back! the eye he was working on had 20/20 vision till i was asked if ididnt want reading glasses and was talked into a 3400 dollar surgery that my ins. wouldnt pay for! the way i was treated by strindin from the first timei met him i should have known not to go back as my sister had told me after she saw strindin one time ! bagan is a great doctor but strindin is using dr bagans reputation for his own financial benefit ! strindin has his staff so scared of him and yes, it is noticeable. his staff members were so nervous the day he went missing for 70 minutes that his nurse put numbing agent in my eye 6 times and tryed to make up every excuse in the book as i sat there with my forehead up against his lazer machine for over 70 minutes waiting! when stringin did the surgery, he cut my eye with the lazer and his nurse told him that my eye was bleeding and they jerked me out from under the lazer and strindin was not happy about the nurse opening her mouth and letting me and strindin know about my eye bleeding! after he put the 3400 dollar lens in he spent about 30 minutes sewing my eye up and he wouldnt give me any more pain madication or versid. since both my caterac surgery and lens surgery my eyes have had nothing but problems that i feel was neglegence on strindins part ! Dr. Bagan , please dont let him talk people into non neccesary eye surgeries like he did to me and treat people in the manner he treated me as iv read in other reviews about strindin ! I should have contacted you sooner Dr Bagan for a review of my eyes by you but im sure your staff wouldnt have allowed it being i saw strinden first. lm glad i finally wrote this review that sounds like others about strinden. Dr Bagen, im sure you remember this incident about the Vietnam vet who told you that i had ptsd and was ready to walk thru the wall to get out of there after being couped up in that small room for well over a hour. Im going to see a dr. at the fargo VA to see if anything can be done to repair the damage done to my eyes by dr strinden. Unless you, Dr Bagan feel any responsibilty for strindens neglect as a business partner. If so, let me kno Brad O.

Very nice clean office, while I was there they really seemed like they cared about me and that I received the best care. You could tell the Doctors and staff love their jobs

I am so happy I went to see Dr. Bagan when I was having eye trouble. He got me fixed up quick and him and his staff were incredibly kind and caring!
