horrible horrible service! I am a paraplegic( which I did tell them at the time of making an appointment few weeks ago) and was contacted this morning, ONE HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT that I need a nurse to accompany in order to be transferred to an exam table or reschedule the appointment. Couldn't they have called beforehand, at least a day before, so that I can arrange a person or something? So I asked do you need an actual nurse or a strong person who can lift me and they say someone who can lift me. Very vague, irresponsible! AND NO APOLOGY!!!! I complained to the person who called me, but she kept saying" I'm just delivering the message Dr. ordered and Dr. cannot take a call because he is in with the patient" Again no apology. No manner, No customer service, Not the way healthcare should start from.

Dr Barone helped my Dad when he had cancer in his colon. While in the hospital my Dad became sick. No other doctors took us seriously when we communicated that my Dad was not himself. My Dad was in the hospital for a month. Even though his issues were not related to the surgery Dr Barone saw my Dad 6 or 7 days a week. Since then our whole family uses Dr Barone’s practice. His staff is the best also.
