Horrible experience! In 39 years I’ve never taken the time to write a negative review, however, this experience needs to be shared. I had an appt for a new patient physical. The day before the appt I developed a horrible rash on my arms and legs causing extreme discomfort. The day of my appt, there was a car accident causing a detour that made me 18 minutes late. When I checked in, the receptionist said “you’re late” and glared at me. She checked with the dr, who refused to see me because I was too late. She suggested I come back after the weekend. I was in too much pain to wait until Monday! I asked if I could see the other dr, and they told me no. The reception refused to look at me, but kept repeating the fact that there was nothing they could do. The waiting room was completely EMPTY! I told them I would wait, even though I was there with three small children. They refused to acknowledge me. I asked the rudest of the receptionists to make eye contact and she proceeded to treat me… with patronizing indignity bc, as she described, I was “not their patient.” (Yet.) I never will be after that appt and think twice before you consider it as well.

Whether it is a small rash, an infection, a virus, or just routine care, Dr. Baughn always listens to all of my symptoms and helps to get to the root-cause. His non-invasive diagnosis methods are effective.

choose another doctor not a good experience

Dr. Baughn is a great guy and a true professional. He takes the time to explain what is going on with you and truly cares about your well being. I have been seeing Dr. Baughn for over 10 years and would not change under any circumstances. Wish all Dr.'s had his professional outlook.

Dr. Baughn knows my entire family and our entire medical history. He takes his time to completely understand you ailments and will always error on the side of caution by sending you for x-rays or a specialist. I've recommended him to anyone who will listen and he's the only doctor for me.

The Dr. always gives me plenty of his time when I come in for a checkup or have a medical need. He answers any and all questions with a smile and is extremely pleasant. I trust Dr. Baughn completely with all of my health needs and concerns.
