Extremely difficult to deal with. No one will answer the phone, have to leave a message that either isn't answered at all or finally answered in 4-10 days. After having a seizure waited 2 months for appt. Stares at his computer rather than patient, is rude or disinterested, sarcastic, prescribes meds that often do not work, am looking for someone else.

LOVE HIM! He diagnosed me with Parkinson's and was very up front with me about the medications and the time it will take to adjust everything so that it works for me! He is a very good listener too! You can ask him questions and he doesn't make you feel like you are stupid or bothering him! Thank you so much!!!

Dr. Benedict is very intelligent and will do what he can to find the true problem. He doesn't just push meds and brush you off. His staff and especially his nurse are some of the most helpful people I have ever met. She called me at 730pm one night to check on me and make sure I knew what was going on. He does seem busy at times while in the room with you but there is always an office full of people who are happy to see him. My only complaint is I wish it was easier to get an appointment

This dr is one that makes you feel stupid. He lacks compassion. He stares at his computer and has not one single emotion in understanding a sick individual. Not to mention the entire staff must have better things to do than their job. Phone lines are never answered, nor do you receive call backs with crucial questions. I was admitted to the er and they were even unable to contact them. I've moved on. Of course a follow up visit will be required they want that mula!!

A wonderful doctor with alot of knowledge. Does he have the greatest bedside manner not always however I know that I will get the care I need. He truly cares for his patients and will go to any measures to try to fund the answer. You can tell in his demeanor that being a doctor is his life's work. I think hes amazing with an amazing team. Id recommend him to anyone. I appreciate these drs who sacrifice things beyond our understanding to help us and attempt to improve our lives. For that I thank you Dr Benedict.

VERY POOR BEDSIDE MANNER!! WENT TO HIS OFFICE FOR HEADACHES FOR 2 YEARS AND ONLY SEEN HIM 2 TIMES IN THE TWOO YEARS ALWAYS SAW HIS NURSE PRACTIONER WHICH WAS BETTER THAN HIM. POOR ATTITUDE AND HE TREATED YOU LIKE YOUR STUPID! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

He has NO bed side manner. looks at his little laptop instead of look at you while discussing your issues. Doesnt explain things well or go over tests results. says one thing then does another. Would not recommend him.
