Dr Block and his staff were kind and friendly. He was able to get both me and my daughter in at the same time and gave a detailed treatment plan to help us. He even cracked a joke or two to make my daughter more comfortable.

Dr Block has done a great job for our family. He may not have the best bedside manner but he knows what he is doing and expects you to follow his instructions! Thank you Dr. BLOCK

Customer Service was quite lacking. I had to wait a while past my appointment time, I had three different people assist me and not one introduced themselves. However, the Doctor assessed my problem, discussed it with me and assisted with the pain I was having. I guess I am just used to the military doctor offices where everyone introduces themselves when they come into the room.

He was rushed through the appointment, was detached and abrupt. The offive called and threatened me to pay the bill of an adult who I have on my insurance policy. They told me they would sue me, almost doubling the amount owed, then out a lien on my house if I didn't pay it. Unprofessional and ridiculous. I would rather drive an hour and a half to someone else than ever return.

Dr. Block removed an ingrown toenail for my daughter. She was terrified that the needle for the numbing medication would be extremely painful and was nervous about going. Dr. Block and his staff assured her that it would not hurt and it didn't! She was so relieved and I am happy that she had her issue resolved. Highly recommend this doctor for foot issues.

Dr. Block spent three minutes with me and left the room. The surgery he is suggesting is very invasive which should have suggested he be more thorough in his explanation. He was in a hurry and didn't want to bother with answering questions. I will be seeking a second opinion and will not be returning to his office. Plus, he can't perform surgery at a major hospital in Owensboro and wanted me to have it at a much smaller, older hospital in Ohio County. Not happening!

We consider ability more important than bedside manner. Be careful if you choose him. He won't like your questions if you don't understand or agree. He's impatient and disrespectful. We are truly not sure if his approach to the problem didn't make it worse.
