Dr. Bolling is one of the best at mitral valve repair. He saved my life, restored my ability to enjoy it and in his own words, he "simply did an amazing job". Six years later it's like none of the ailment ever happened.

Dr. Bolling and his team inspired such confidence that I had no trepidation about the procedure going in, and found that my confidence was not misplaced. My wife, an RN who has assisted in many surgeries, took one look at my color coming out of the surgical room, and knew she could stop worrying about my recovery or any complications from mitral and tricuspid valve repair. 3 1/2 years later my cardio specialist just reiterated that I had an excellent outcome from my procedure. I exercise regularly, stay active, eat a healthy diet, and am only taking supplements and a multiple vitamin. I have no restrictions on my activity and am almost 74 years old. Dr. Bolling's team visited pre-surgery to introduce themselves and answer any lingering questions. Great skill, professional competence, and organization along with a genuine human connection were the attributes I experienced from both Dr. Bolling and his team.

Dr. Bolling is an amazing surgeon. He performed a minimally invasive mitral valve repair on me 3 weeks ago. It was a difficult decision to go ahead with the surgery since I was asymptomatic, although my mitral valve leaking was severe. Dr. Bolling and his team helped me to understand why surgery was necessary and how by doing surgery at this point resulted in a better long term survival than by waiting for symptoms to appear. His team provided many publications that helped educate me so that I could make the best decision for me. I am up to walking 3 miles per day and can't wait to do many activities that in the past I feared doing.
