Dr. Steven Michael Bromley, MD

Dr Bromley is a knowledgeable practitioner, however his office staff keeps changing and each time the staff is less professional.

1 and a half to 3 hour wait time EVERYTIME. Can't resolve issues between appointments, no response. I was given treatment 3 months late due to office incompetance, subjecting me to months of excruciating pain. When the doctor was informed of this he said " Sorry BUT we treat the worst of the worst here" As if I had no right to expect quality care. He should have begged my forgiveness knowing how much pain he just inflicted on me. He is not a caring doctor. He is a money grubbing monster who should be in jail for what he did to me.

Hands down, he's the best neurologist out there. Hands down, he has the worst staff out there. Non-responsive, belittling, and rude. I've been a patient for many years, and I've put up with it because he's that good. However, it's just not worth the aggravation anymore. Time to find a new doctor.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2004. Dr Steven Bromley was my neurologist from 2004 to 2017 when i moved away from NJ. Dr Bromley is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to really listen to his patients & makes sure they recieve the care that is needed. Because he is an excellent doctor, he is spread thin & is sometimes running late. I will say though he is worth waiting for. There isn't enough good things that i can say about this man. I've actually thought about traveling to NJ from CA twice a year just to see him. I hope that i can find a doctor that comes close to him & his bedside manner. If your looking for a doctor who truly cares about your well-being Dr Bromley is the doctor for you. I miss his professionalism & bedside manner dearly.

Dr. Hightower is very open to what the patient would like to do and try. However, I have been trying for over a week to get the front office staff to either call in or fax in the annual pre-authorization form. I have left messages on the prescription refill line and on the urgent line. No response today to my plea that I only have 4 days left of Aubagio. Today, The Aetna precert lady also called and spoke to LeAnn; LeAnn said Cheryl was busy. The Aetna lady asked LeAnn to answer the 14 pre-cert questions over the phone, so that my medication could be sent out today. LeAnn refused, although it would have taken only 6 minutes, according to the Aetna lady. LeAnn told the Aetna lady to fax the form and that she would have Cheryl fill it out. Well, no phone call today from Bromley Neurology and the pre-cert was not done. I am at my wits end. I don't know what else to do. I live 2 hours away from their Audobon office, and just showing up is not an option as I work as a nurse.

Dr. Bromley is so kind, understanding and compassionate. He listened carefully and took his time. He evaluated me and initiated treatment that unbelievably worked and is still working. He is the smartest doctor I have ever seen and I am thankful for his care every day. The office staff is exceptionally warm, caring and professional.

Dr Bromley is one of the best doctors I have ever been a patient of. He is a caring doctor who gives all his patients his attention. He also talks to you like you are a person, not a computer that knows everything or another doctor. He will be my Neurologist always

He diagnosed my GBS immediately and saved my life

I have a rare condition that most Doctors do not know about. Dr. Bromley took the time to research it before I came in for my appt. He explained to me so I could understand and his treatment has helped me. Definitely recommend.
