Dr. Steven Bruce Carlow, MD

Absolutely horrible! I was supposed to have surgery Oct. 18th to repair my ACL a second time with Dr. Carlow. I called to confirm pre-op appointment and was told I needed to pay my $9 balance, the copay for preop visit AND THE WHOLE DEDUCTABLE FOR SURGERY totaling $310 upfront or they won't operate! This was never discussed at any appointments. They had me get MRI on knee which now im stuck paying on for nothing never mentioning that all cost was due upfront. I moved my vacation time, had my employer rearrange schedule to accommodate me just to not being able to go forward. I had to have my girlfriend also schedule vacation because you cannot bear weight for 2 weeks and have limited mobility but they could care less. Totally disgusted with his staff and the lack of caring for their patients or the difficulty of having surgery performed. Choose another provider they could care less about your well-being.

We were able to book an emergency/last minute appointment with ease, great office staff and overall experience. Dr. Carlow took the time to discuss the injury and potential causes, very informative and helpful.

Dr. Carlo took the time to explain the reason for my knee pain. He was quite thorough with my excercises and instructions on how control the pain. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Not enough office staff to solve problems and set up MRI's in a timely manner. - office staff unprofessional.
