Dr. Steven Scott Carp, MD

Botched the fat transfer to the facial cheeks twice. Asked him to do a facelift to hide the holes he put in my cheeks from the fat transfer. He did pixie my ears, popped out my right ear at the top and did not do the platysmaplasty so as soon as he took off the facelift bandages the neck cords were so predominately showing, and he said that was because the neck was so tight! WHAT?! Dr. Carp also said ;that there are no holes just contouring from the fat transfer. THERE ARE HOLES IN MY CHEEKS!! He will not return my calls or emails regarding any revisions. His girlfriend is the coordinator, so of course they won't return my calls or emails. Staff turnover is so frequent because Dr. Carp is so rude and nasty to the staff even in front of patients.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Carp's nurse injector Sassy Estes. My experience with her was fantastic. The appointment began with Sassy asking about my concerns. She spent quite a bit of time explaining options for fillers and frown line reduction. Her extensive knowledge and experience with the different products make it quite easy to determine the desired treatment to address my signs of aging. Sassy administered injections of Dysport, Juvederm, and Restylane. During the process her concern over how I was doing was very comforting. She also was very focused on ensuring the products administered produced symmetrical results viewing my face from every possible angle. I could not be more pleased with my experience and the results. I highly recommend Sassy Estes from Dr. Carp's practice as a partner in developing a customized effective treatment plan to address signs of aging.

Went to him for breast lift and augmention and tummy tuck. He didn't do some of the procedures I paid for. Did not do lipo or breast lift. Had Alot of issues with tummy tuck with fluid build up so after months of him draining my stomach he had to go back in and do lipo and fix my stomach which he charged my insurance. He don't fix or do all of what is paid for.

Came across as arrogant with quick answers to questions. Somewhat cold demeanor. Poor results with surgery and inability to get satisfaction post op. Think twice before using this surgeon.

He is a condescending , arrogant, racist man. He has no personality, must live a miserable life His poor staff. And can't keep staff or he fires them just because He screams, slams doors like a child Has a Spa next door with no staff either He'll go under Maybe he should realize the only reason he keeps patients are because his staff but since he doesn't realize they are out saving grace inside that miserable place I won't return without smiling faces

Had my final post-op checkup today and couldn't be happier with my results. Dr. Carp and his staff couldn't have been any more helpful. I am so happy I chose Dr. Carp and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good surgeon!!
