Dr. Steven Chang, MD

I’ve seen many providers and Steven Chang is among the worst. Extremely poor bedside manner. I didn’t feel heard or respected.

He showed blatant disregard for my concerns, and demonstrated a serious inability to listen and be attentive. A physician like this should not be involved in direct patient care. I also sensed a lack of empathy and communication skills.

Dr. Chang needs to go back to school for people skills. Wow. Clearly lacks the ability to communicate and connect with patients. Seemed like he didn't want to be there...

Condescending, rushed, and dismissive. Didn't take the time to address my concerns and it's a wonder he's at an institution like UCLA.

It was obvious that Dr. Chang never took the time to even do a cursory review of the pulmonary records that were sent in advance to him. The entire appointment felt rushed, and his bedside manner and communication skills could most certainly be improved.
