Dr Covici and his staff were excellent. They worked with me and my crazy work schedule to get appointments at convenient times. Appointments were timely and efficient without feeling rushed. I have been to Dr. Covici twice in the last three years for treatment of inflammation of my eyelids and scarring after having styes. The whole experience was great. From the ease of getting an appointment, the friendliness of all his staff and the professional, courteous and respectful treatment from Dr. Covici himself. He is kind, compassionate and understanding. He listens to his patients and allows you ta ask as many questions as you need to. He gives you all the time you need to talk to him and then provides the treatment necessary. The whole process is so well coordinated. It is a blessing! If you need a plastic surgeon for Oculofacial or Reconstuctive surgery your first and only call should be to Dr. Covici.

If I could give ten stars I would- Office staff- amazing! Very helpful and accommodating. They booked pre and post appointments well in advance so I understood the time commitment. Clinical staff- wonderful interactions, well trained in their area of specialization. What I noticed most about the clinical staff- they were very familiar with the recovery process and although they have seen it many times, they listened carefully to my questions and offered suggestions to make me more comfortable. Super team! Dr.C - outstanding! I had upper and lower blepharoplasty and a mini lift. 5 weeks post op and you can’t see any scars. I may have taken one extra strength Tylenol during recovery, little to zero discomfort. Dr. C’s clinical skills, bedside manner, authenticity showed up in every visit, including the day of surgery. His sense of humor, explanation of my healing timeline, all explained in depth so I had no surprises. He truly cares about his patients. Dr. C is a gifted surgeon/… doctor, we are fortunate to have him in Springfield. He’s an artist! He’s the guy, I wouldn’t change any part of my decision.
