Great Dentist & Hygienist. Both showed care and concern about my anxiety by going above and beyond to assure that I had a positive experience. Doc made sure that I was well numbed and comfortable before starting the procedure. Had a difficult extraction about 2.5 weeks ago area is still healing. The office staff is very nice but the office could run a little bit more efficiently. Overall I had a wonderful experience so far.

Dr. Crane is the best dentist there is. I trust him. My children also like him. I highly recommend him for the whole family. He is a great guy.

Awful experience with Invisalign!!! Do not see this dentist. Could care less about patients and does not return phone calls. Save yourself from frustration and money.

Great DR VERY CARING &HELPFUL

I booked a cleaning and waited 45 minutes past my cleaning time. There is only one male hygienist that sat in the back eating while patients were waiting. I rescheduled to come back 2 hours later as I had to get back to work and when I came back later once again I waited 30 minuets past my appointment time so I had to reschedule again. Today, I arrived for my appointment, was brought in the back 30 minutes later and sat in the chair while the hygenist made small talk and walked in and out of the room but never began my cleaning. I also priced whitening gel and was quoted $100 for the same item I found online for $20. After sitting in the exam chair and waiting and watching the disorganized unprofessional staff, I couldn't sit any longer , I walked out and expressed my horrible experience. Not one staff member apologized, attempted to recite the situation, or contacted me to correct the situation. Also the front desk staff loudly discussed other patients information and billing issues.… She didn't know how to use the computer to do the billing

Dr. Crane takes wonderful care of me and my child. I have recommended him to everyone I know. Actually, he is much more than a fantastic dentist - he cares about his patients and their health and wellbeing. It is reflected in the courtesy of his staff as well.

I took both kids...my daughter got braces. she goes back once a month and alot of people got twords the end of the day, so I schedule before 2:30 and it's right in and out.

This is a gentle, thoughtful, very accomplished dentist who takes superb care of his patients. I have been with him for years and we have been through a whole raft of challenges together, and each time they are resolved extremely well He is careful, sensitive, and an extremely likable guy. He is tremendously skilled, which is why I trust him implicitly. Once he came off a vacation day and came to his office to help me solve a dental problem. That's the kind of guy he is.
