Dr.Crow is a very good Dr. He listens to every concern that I have. He got my refusals as soon as they had room on their end to see me. He has never dropped the ball, They call to tell me who the refusal is with & where. His nurse tells me they will call me but I always call them to make my appt. I have to work around other things.super nice staff.

I always have a great experience when I visit Dr. Crows office and the clinic in general. I feel that I never have to wait too long. I appreciate how friendly the staff are. They are quick to acknowledge me and get me in to see the doctor.

I always receive courteous and professional care from all staff

Saw him one time. He discharged me when I didn't make a return visit date to mammogram unit b/c of being both ill, caring for sick relative, and having lost insurance r/t husband's retirement.

I have been seeing Dr. Crow for about 12 years, and I love him for a primary doctor. He asks questions and listens to me. Refers me to a specialist when needed. Both of my parents were his patients and they loved him.

Poor physical exams-no follow ups

Dr. Crow has been my doctor for some time and always does a great job seeing me. I do not usually have anything super serious that needs a lot of follow up which is why I rated it as good. He is normally very prompt and explains things thoroughly to me. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Crow is a wonderful doctor, unfortunately his front staff does a great dis-service to him. They are rude, unprofessional and uneducated about process, procedures and patient service or care. Their lack of patient concern and care along with their personal immaturity is why I will be looking for another healthcare professional in the Lubbock area.
