Dr. Steven R Cutone, DO

Dr Cutone has no personality and his bedside manners are for the birds. I am seriously looking for another do tor w/more professionalism.

Dr was very condescending when answering questions I had and overall seemed inexperienced and arrogant. He told me that a bump on my neck was nothing to worry about unless it starting pinching a nerve. 6 months later I had the lump removed and was diagnosed with stage 4 tonsilar cancer. Thank God I got a second opinion and biopsy or I wouldn't be writing this. I'm sure he is intelligent and capable but he always seemed agitated or in a hurry when I went for checkups. Summary, if you feel in your heart that you are worried about an issue, go to multiple doctors to ensure you are being diagnosed correctly. I realize a lump on the neck probably is a fatty piece of non malignant tissue but to not order a biopsy then was a bad mistake. I wonder if he had the same lump if he would ignore it too. No anger left, just celebrated 4 years cancer free. I do have o permanent kidney damage and take medicine for seizures that occurred as a result of the chemo and radiation. I'm not trying to cast… disparity about this as medicine is not an exact science and we all make mistakes. Everyday above ground is a good day!

I have been a patient for several years. Dr Cutone remembers my physical condition and preferences, takes time to listen and talk and makes me feel relaxed being in his office.
