I was super excited when I first made the appointment. I had been referred from a friend. I was treated so nicely on the phone when invited for an appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was treated very coldly from the front desk lady (older blonde). The actual doctor is okay, although they made sure to send me away with a bunch of services i didnt really need, including a type of filler for the erosion on the front and sides of my teeth. At the time it made sense, but they wore off literally months later. Then a few weeks later, the same lady from the front calls me and in a very rude, unprofessional tone asks about the payments. She treated me as if I wasn't trying to pay, but the truth was she never communicated the billing to me at all. I would have loved to make my co-payment AT THE TIME OF SERVICE , however I was never asked to make one, nor was I told about the billing of such services- which I would have also taken care of in part that day along with my insurance. I told… her i dont think I want to return because of the billing miscommunication. She then ended the conversation saying she is very happy I will not return. Worst experience of my life in any dental/ medical setting. It seems you have to be a lifelong guest to be treated well/ and or perhaps i simply didnt fit her demographic preference. Disappointed.
