Dr. Steven L Drayer PLLC did an excellent job with my knee replacements. Very happy with the outcome. The staff are all professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Drayer for joint replacement.

This doctor is doing his job as a business the only thing he cares about is money try to find any other doctor but not doctor Steve on his stuff the only thing they worry about it is your money they rip you off they not going to tell you how much your insurance will pay and they send you hundreds but thousands of dollars bills avoid them Pease

Dr. Drayer has treated myself as well as family members. He is focused on delivering the best care and others perceive that manner as rude but it's the opposite. He wants his patients to recover from injuries and surgeries however he also expects you to put in your effort Al's well.

Dr. Drayer did a partial knee replacement on my husband...we were told what to expect, what he needed to do...and it was a success. He is an awesome surgeon, pleasant and easy to talk to. His staff are very helpful as well Would highly recommend him

I am 49 and had a total hip replacement. After only 3 months I am walking, walking stairs and enjoying life. Dr. Drayer and his whole staff are fantastic and I highly recommend Dr. Deayer!!!

Rude don't go there

When I was 5 years old, I broke my elbow and was treated by Dr. Drayer at Sparrow Hospital. over a week in the hospital, 2 surgeries, weeks of physical therapy, and 21 years later I still do not have full range of motion despite the injury itself being relatively minor. about 5 years after my experience, my father fell off a ladder and broke his ankle. Bone exposed, snapped right in half. We rushed him to emergency (again at Sparrow) and unfortunately Dr. Drayer happened to be on call in the ER. My father went through 2 different surgeries with Drayer and still experienced immense pain over the following 2 years. Drayer would always tell him to just pop more aspirin. He was incredibly rude and never seemed to care at all about my father's diminished quality of life. We finally ended up taking my father to a specialist in Bloomfield Hills (Dr. Katcherian - HIGHLY recommend) where we were told that his ankle bone was actually necrotic and dying off thanks to Drayer's botched procedures.… His ankle is now fused and he still experiences a higher than normal amount of pain but has learned to manage. AVOID STEVEN DRAYER AT ALL COSTS.

I had a complete shoulder replacement. Dr. Drayer and entire staff were very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I am extremely happy with the results. I have no pain now and am able to do more movement than before surgery.

I had an appointment following an accident which was moved by the staff due to availability changes in the schedule and then cancelled because the doctor review the scans and they were fine. A few months later I was again having problems with the wrist so I called and made another appointment. I took off work for the appointment. The day before the appointment I got a call saying the appointment was cancelled because I had cancelled too many times previously. I made this appointment over two weeks in advance and they waited to call me until the day before the appointment. I am very disappointed in this business.

I called out to help a customer with an issue with a medication, the lady who answered the phone refused to do anything to help. She was rude, and sadly the patient expressed she had the same poor treatment and service at this office as well. Poor customer service, the staff is rude.
