Dr. Steven Richard Drosman, MD

This man is an angel. After an unfortuante event in my life, Dr. Drosman healed me in more ways than simply medically. Going to the OBGYN can be an uncomfortable experience, especially for women like me who've been through hard time. He was kind and compassionate. So is his staff. Years later, I've healed, but he does not forget. Dr. Drosman remembers my name, my story and genuinely wants to know about my life. I know that he's in my corner. If you've got a rough story, see this man. There's absolutely NO judgment in that office.

Let me start by saying Dr Drossman was highly recommend. When I met him I impressed. But sadly I have had several issues with his billing and receptionist. The first issue was when my insurance changed and they continues to bill my old insurance, then billed me repeatedly while adding late fees. This was after I updated my insurance several times. The next problem was when I over heard the front desk staff gossipping about my insurance issues with the billing staff. Making comments saying they don't understand how some people don't want to pay their bills but still want to receive service. Sadly to say that was my last visit. Its a real shame to have such a good doctor with unprofessional staff.
