I've been his Patient for over 20 Years and he is on of the Best around.\\ Caring, Compassionate.

Dr. Eisenstat is the BEST!! He has been my doctor for more than 15 years.

When I questioned a dosage of my medication while in the hospital,the doctor said that he didn't have access to my records and that a different dose for a couple of days wouldn't hurt me. Then he said that I would be better off being discharged home to take my own medications at home. All that because I questioned him!

Office staff is wonderful and attentive!On call drs and on call staff is a waste and unhelpful.Too long to diagnose and treat.

I explained to Dr Eisenstat all of my symptoms that I was experiencing and the whole time it seemed as if he was just nodding his head and carefully easing me out the door instead of really listening and trying to figure out what is wrong with me. I waited 4 days after they got the test results back to finally get a call telling me I had a bacteria and the nurse had no other information for me. I looked it up online and it said it could be anywhere from not serious to fatal. The doctor still hasn't called back or given me any information. He only send a prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy.

I visited Steven Eisenstat and had to wait in his office for 45 minutes. I am suffering from severe bronchitis and I wanted a referral to see a pulminary specialist. When I made this request to the doctor he became irate and annoyed. He stated, "you don't even know how I was going to treat you". He then said, "come with me and escorted me out of the room and brought me to the hallway and then walked away from me". I cannot believe his attitude, I am so sick and weak, how can he throw me out? I feel it was because I am an educated black women and he felt threatened by my knowledge and did not want to deal with me. I am still shocked by his repugnant behavior.

Have been a patient for 21 years. He is the best of the best. there should be more like him. He stuck by his oath. I live in florida and won't trade him. I come up for my visits.
