Dr. Steven Marc Feldman, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Feldman for a few months now, and generally like the experience I've had. However, the office can be unreliable and I've had multiple issues with appointments not being scheduled properly. As a surgeon Dr. Feldman was very helpful, but I don't think I will be returning to his office.

I saw Dr. Feldman for the first time today. He introduced himself as Steve which immediately gave me a comfortable feeling. White he couldn't treat me for TMJ he confirmed what I suspected I had. He did help me as to who to see and what can be done to help me. He also cleaned out my ears and it was easy and painless. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good honest ENT doctor. I will definately use him as my ENT doctor! To sum it up, I wish all doctors were as nice and easy to talk to as him! Diane Sabato

Speaks condescendingly

I was referred to Dr. Feldman by my GP as I had a problem with earwax blockage in my right year. I tried over-the-counter drops to try and treat the problem but had no luck. Dr. Feldman was able to remove the wax quickly and painlessly. He was very gentle and took great care when removing the wax. I highly recommend this doctor!

I was very happy with the care that Dr. Feldman gave to me. He was recommended by a friend. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me in a way I could understand. More importantly, he addressed my problem and resolved it. Very pleased!!!!

I recently saw Dr. Feldman for a second opinion regarding surgery. I had gotten his name from several fellow patients. I was that he was a conservative but extremely skilled surgeon. Dr. Feldman took a great deal of time to explain to me my options. Ultimately, I had surgery with Dr. Feldman and the results were excellent. I felt very comfortable in Dr. Feldman's hands throughout the entire process and have recommended him to several friends since.

I am a fellow physician and a patient and I found Dr. Feldman to be very informed and took the time to explain things to me. He is a conservative surgeon but when surgery is necessary, as it was in my case, he is quite skilled and my results were excellent!

Dr. Feldman was entirely incapable of answering my basic questions. He repeated the same few vague phrases over and over no matter how I phrased my question. His manner was both confusing and off-putting, as if he were reading a script and required several "retakes." I would ask a simple question and receive an unrelated or irrelevant response that I had heard a half dozen times before. Perhaps he is an excellent surgeon yet not able to communicate with people.

I have found Dr. Feldman to be very caring and thorough. He is a conservative but good surgeon, who looks for alternatives to operating. He has been very friendly for all the years that I have been a patient.
