Dr Fiskar has been treating me for chronic pain for several years now. He is straightforward dr who once you get past the dr mask is a dr who truly cares about his patients. Over the several years he’s treated me I have had a couple other health conditions pop up, one requiring emergency surgery, and thankfully I knew him as a person not just a dr. We talked for an hour discussing the path I needed to get back some of my youthful vigor, I’m 58 now, I had concerns about my respiratory health not being what it used to be. We talked it over and came up with a plan to recover my cardio after years of a not so active lifestyle. So far so good. Anyway, don’t be afraid to give him a opportunity to help with any medical issues you may have. If it’s beyond his scope he will let you know. And remember it takes a while to get past the dr mask which is most often the most important part of the dr/patient relationship.
