My name is James Morotti, U have been a loyal patient of Dr. Fletcher for years, I sometimes have to stop myself from calling him Steve, ( which is somewhat disrespectful) but for all of the great things he has done for me medically speaking, he’s more like a very good friend. He has the best bedside manner, he’s never late, he’s so down to earth,and puts you all ease, and most importantly, he actually listens to you, that’s becoming very rare in a physician these days. Dr Fletcher gives the correct information on ear care, even though I have to visit him every year or so for my ear problem, I do it with pleasure...

My surgery with Dr Fletcher was outstanding...He was very professional and available outside office hours. He takes his time explaining the procedures and is very personable. He is very knowledgeable and understanding with any needs one might have. I was very pleased and I highly recommend him.
