Dr. Steven Don Folkerth, MD

Dr folkerth, reminded me of an established country doctor, and I mean that in the best possible way. He gained my trust right away, with his caring and thorough ways.

I am very disappointed in this doctor and others are too. He doesn't talk to me or others, he just sats there, changes meds without knowing about it, I had to find out from another doctor that I had a disease. Dr. Folkerth let it go when I ask about my symptoms . He never listen to my concerns and family members when I had the constantly problems. No good doctor.

The first time we met him he spend 10 minutes and everytime after that 3 minutes and out we go. changes meds without us knowing about it. i had symptoms of a disease and he passed it off and said nothing so I went for a second opinion and there it was the disease. He didn't even say nothing when I told him I was seeing a specialist because he did nothing for me. He should have stayed in las vegas.

Where are you doctor I didn't get a letter or anything telling me you were going out business all of my scripts are expired you have all my records .I sure would like to meet with you and or your new number..you were a great dr. when you could be found...

we are new to this doctor. Quick and fast is he. No time spend with extra problems. The staff seems like they are mixed up. One lady had to wait two months for a test, by that time, the staff forgot about her.

I was a patient of Dr. Folkerth waaaay back when he was with Summit Medical. He was MY Doctor for about 7 years. He then decided to move and I have yet to find a doctor as good as Dr. Folkerth. He moved and I was lost. My insurance at this time does not cover his services. I hope to change and possibly be his patient again, even tho his office is quite a distance from me. This man is one of the best and kindest doctors in Las Vegas. 5 stars for him.

Ever since the new front desk help changed, the customer service has been horrible. They NEVER answer the phone and do not return phone calls. Extremely frustrating. As soon as I can change doctors I will. Dr. Folkerth is only interested in his research and weight loss programs. Not in seeing patients for other things.

This has to be the best doctor's office in Vegas! One doctor and one staff member ... Very sweet and funny. The girl running the office has always been pleasant and makes me laugh when I'm upset. She keeps the office moving and there is never a wait. They know how to schedule! The doctor knew what to test for and I was diagnosed and treated quickly ~ The doctor was able to get me into a specialist the same day. I've been coming here for 2 years and I'm grateful I found them!

Going to the doctor is always intimidating for me but it seemed so much easier this time. The girl I spoke with to schedule was very pleasant and made me feel at ease about my condition. To my surprise when I arrived she was also the one who assisted the doctor. She seemed very knowledgable and caring. The doctor was amazing ~ He got right to the point and did not order unnecessary testing. I will absoloutly return to them as they made me feel at home. There was NO wait time. as soon as I turned in my paperwork I was brought to the exam room
