Dr. Steven Campbell Gabrielsen, MD

I haven't spoken with Dr. Gabrielsen extensively, but I find him to be professional, friendly, and personable. He put me under general anesthesia and did surgery to insert a central line in my heart, that ended on my upper chest under the skin, and ending in a port that lead to the outside, to be used for infusions and blood draws. He made it easy and very comfortable for me.

After 42 surgeries,I wouldn't let anyone else ever operate on me!! I've been seeing this great doctor for 22 yr

3 other surgeons recommended traditional incision hernia repair and would not use Cook, Inc. mesh I wanted - predicted weeks in recuperation. Gabrielson did laparoscopy on 3 hernias + Cook mesh + another procedure while I was anesthetized that would have otherwise been a separate anesthesia and procedure. Outpatient, home that PM; back at work in 3 days. A year later, I can't tell I had the surgery. I'm mid 60's.

Dr.cam Gabrielsen is the best doctor/surgeon in the state of Indiana!!!!
