Dr. Steven L Goldman, MD

I RECENTLY WENT TO DR. GOLDMAN AND I HAVE TO SAY HE WAS EXCELENT! I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE DOCTOR. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND PUT ALOT OF CONCERNS I HAD AT EASE. HIS STAFF WAS ALSO VERY PLEASANT. IF THERE IS A DOCTOR THAT I'D RECOMMEND IT WOULD DEFINELTY BE DR.STEVEN GOLDMAN.

Everytime I went for an appointment I would pay the copayment and something would get messed up with the billing. One time I went in and they screwed up my billing so I ended up having to pay over $200. Either way I payed and took it up with my insurance while in the exam room waiting for over 10 minutes. The insurance company called the office while I was in the exam room to clear things up. A few minutes later the insurance women got back on the phone and said the doc's office made a mistake and that they said they would refund me. A few minutes later the doctor came in and told me he couldn't see me at that time and that if I wanted to be seen I would have to come back later in the day. Meanwhile the office was 30 minutes from my house and I had a problem that needed immediate attention as he was aware of. I decided to go to the er instead of dealing with him ever again. The same day I called up my insurace and changed my pcp. As a steady patient I never felt respected or that I… was ever treated with kindness. He was always abrupt and rude and acted like he was better than me and everyone else. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Goldman to my worst enemy.
