Dr. Steven Gonzales

This dentist was working in abother office in Arlington Texas, once a week. It took a year for him to do upper dentures and bottom partial. In the end if the year he gave me the upper dentures and lower partial, knowing they did not fit! He said i still had to take them, insisted i take them ! So i left the clinic with upper dentures and bottom partial which neither one I could wear. He had capped the front bottom teeth so the bottom parial I already had doesnt even fit! Then he continued to charge my insurance even though he told me that he would not charge my insurance and to come back and start all over again. So now that i can not properly eat without my gums tearing up i have lost almost 50 pounds and developed medical conditions . I have tried to contact him but he will not take my call! Since he filed on my dental insurance, i am not able to get dentures or partial for 5 years unless i pay out of my pocket. I am on disability and going thru infusions treatments and cant eat well… enough because of the situation he left me in. So think twice before going to Dr Stephan Gonzales and his wife( Roxie) before going to get any kind od dental work . He was supposed to get it off my insurance but has felled to do so , so he should at least pay for me to get dentures and partial by a responsible DDS of my choosing.

I can not brag enough about these guys. I spent years trying to find the right dentist. I needed a lot of work done but every office I went to and did an exam simple finished the exam by showing me an extremely overwhelming number as to what everything would cost and wouldn't even sit down with me to break down where we begin. After being referred to Dr. Gonzales by a friend i was skeptical to come in. I did not want to go to another dentist office just to be overwhelmed and disappointed again. These guys exceeded all of my expectations, not only was I blown away by their prices being so fair but the fact that they sat down with me and explained a full game plan and took the anxiety out of this completely. I spent years looking for the right dentist, don't make my mistake. If you are looking for great dental work done by great people at fair prices, this is your place.

I was a referral from my son Brandon who had complete removal and replacement of all his teeth. Spectacular Dr. with the right attitude for those that need some immediate relief and need an affordable dentist! I have since referred my wife, both my parents as well as my other son and his wife and 3 grand-children. All visits were enjoyable, if there is anything enjoyable about going to a dentist!! I recommend his practice to all and working with Andrew has always been a pleasure as well.

I went off of what some other patients had said so looking for a second opinion, I decided to call Andrew and will not regret doing so. They are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met in a dentists office. Thank you Dr. Gonzales for taking the time to explain everything and making my visit pain free. We did have a 3.5 hour session and must say the pain lasted long enough to get home to some ibuprofen and rested for an hour then felt like nothing had ever happened. You did GREAT and I look GREAT!! Your lab is just tremendous and Andrew, you knocked it out of the park on pricing. THANK YOU very much for everything and I'll see you guys again real soon!

Very friendly and compassionate staff. Dr. Gonzales is very thorough and explains everything in detail. Cant beat the prices nor the service. Thank you everyone for making it easy to visit the dentist again. Insurance: AARP Paid/Co-pay: $1500
