Dr. Griffin has been great...he helps me manage my diabetes every 3 months...I have never had a long wait...very kind..he is great. I have lukemeia and he always asks how I'm feeling making sure I'm ok...he always says I look great and i look healthy.. and I'm glad to hear it with everything I have going on. Thank you dr Griffin.

Dr. Griffin is very easy to talk to at the visit. It seems that he is a good doctor and cares about his patients. He believes that the patient has a say in their care. But the follow-up is lacking, by him and/or his office staff. It seems disorganized, maybe just overly busy. After-visit summaries and notes on lab results have statements that never occurred. Recommendations seem to be based on standard protocols and not individual patient situations. Tests are ordered and not addressed. Quick to refer out, not even start to investigate new problems himself, as some internal medicine doctors do. All of this may be more UT system issues with quotas and time allotments. Overall, I'm happy with Dr. Griffin himself.

I've been going to Dr. Griffin for years now. He is the most attentive physician I have ever had. He is caring and compassionate, listens carefully to all concerns and is exceptionally knowledgeable. He makes you feel at ease and values your time. I couldn't speak more highly of him. Lauren Richardson

Dr Griffin’s professional staff is very helpful. It’s easy to perform on line appointments and prescription refills. Doctor spends time with appropriate followup. Good recommendations for tests which are performed in same building.

Have tried to see Dr Griffin 2X in an eight month time frame & walked out both times waiting over 45 mins-1 hour+ w/o meeting him. And both times the administrators office apologized saying SHE will check into it. Three is not a charm so be well prepared to waitttt if you're interested in his ?service?!
