Doctor was very knowledgeable and competent and able to diagnose my acute problem and start appropriate treatment. I made a good recovery as predicted. Bedside manner is a little “ruff” but not bad. I rate it as great care. All the staff was great too. I was seen and treated in reasonable time frame.

The doctor was very personable and gave me a thorough exam for my knee injury. As a runner who has experienced similar injuries himself, he was knowledgeable about my situation and explained how I should take care of the problem at home and how to prevent future injuries. I was relieved and really appreciated his detailed consult.

The doctor never saw the patient but billed for $532 including for "fracture care" which obligates the provider to 90 days of follow-up care. However, the attending physician assistant referred the patient to an outside orthodopedist for immediate follow-up, saying an orthopedist would need to see the broken toe the next day - meaning there was no intent to provide any follow-up care. The doctor's billing office did not send the proper patient insurance ID information to the insurance company despite being provided with it by the patient, so the insurance company could not match the patient with the coverage. The doctor's billing office then sent the patient a bill for the full amount and when provided the correct information (again), said they would resubmit it to insurance, but instead sent the patient a second bill with a threatening message on it. The doctor is nothing but a thief - provides no medical services, bills illegally, charges for services not provided - just a thief!
