Very rude , arrogant and uncaring especially when you put your life in his hands

Dr. Grundfast is very knowledgeable and knows what he's talking about. When I was in the hospital, all of the staff respects him and speak highly of him.

Our wait is generally in a 5 to 10 minute range, but the doctor had a couple of patients that required extra attention. My husband has been seeing him for approximately 3-4 years.We have always found him very caring and and ready to answer all our questions. His nurses have always been very kind.

Felt the Dr was knowledgeable in his field. Looks out for best interest of patient (even if it means disagreeing with other doctors). Short wait at office. Spent time with me and answered all my questions, I didn't feel rushed. He listened to what I had to say. Good experience with this doctor.

Have switched doctors. Did not care for his attitude especially if you question his opinion. Found him to be rude and uncaring.
