Dr. Steven Harrison

Uncaring provider & office staff. Both Dr & office staff out right lied to me. Go to a different dr

Went with my wife to see Dr. Harrison for e.d. but my wife was not allowed in the exam because she hasn’t had the COVID vaccine & neither have I. But we both had COVID almost a year ago. I argued with Dr. Harrison saying my wife should have been allowed in but I spent half my time in his exam room defending my right to refuse the vaccine & had to listen to his angry lecture about it’s supposed benefits. We called the office after leaving just to make sure about the vaccine mandate & the receptionist insisted they had no vaccine mandate for the patient or his/her spouse. Don’t waste your time if you & your significant other aren’t vaccinated. He or she won’t be allowed inside the exam room.

Dr. Harrison is fine however after you see him you are turned over to his rude and uncaring staff. Your telephone calls will not be returned, your complaints will be ignored, prescriptions are not called in to the pharmacy for days or longer. My several requests to speak to Dr. Harrison for help were turned over to other rude employees etc, etc. I should have left long before I did!

My wife and I visited this office as a new patient I was actually the patient I was greeted very kindly by a very nice lady and the staff seem to be very nice they did my urine sample took me in a room ask me my medical questions things seem to be going very well and I was pleased at this point with the service uncomfortable until a man walked in the door screaming yelling slamming things berating his staff saying aloud how he hated people and to cancel his day he was sick of everything we heard smashing like things being thrown and then there was some silence at that point my wife walked out of the room and asked the very nice receptionist should we leave she replied no he'll come down and she apologized for his behavior so we did decide to stay as at that time I was having a problem but it did not cease he was rude he was arrogant his staff was truly riveted by this event the very nice lady at the front desk that greeted us was clearly upset you can see her shaking I do not have… anything nice to say about dr. Steven Harrison as I feel the man and I am not a professional needs mental counseling how do you continue in a professional position as this when your patience fear you and clearly your staff is Disturbed I would not recommend him or this practice because they continue to allow this Behavior by this deranged individual 21st century oncology should really check into this before this man truly becomes more violent in his behavior and hurts someone!

Steven has no bedside manner. Blatantly lied to me on surgical procedure he performed on me. Has no concern or care for his patients pain. Induced 9 months and going cronic pain. Denies my kidney stones are a symptom of another problem (new urologists diagnosed other medical condition that causes stones) Steven is only interested in your money. Go elsewhere.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone! His office cancelled on me three times and did not make me aware of a very serious condition.

He has taken care of me for over 20 years. and I have appreciated having him available to take great care of me.

Gave no info, found info in office on cystoscopy,no verbal explanation. Ordered a urine test that Medicare won't pay for. Two days before a surgical procedure got a call that cardiac info was required. Scheduler was rude when we tried to get phone info, were told it would be emailed. We totally lost confidence in the whole set up. It's bad enough to have cancer, then deal with hostile care providers.

Dr. Harrison is the most arrogant, abusive doctor we have ever encountered in our 35 years of experience with any doctors in four states! He constantly interrupts and during our last visit actually held his finger up in front of my husband and yelled at him to be quiet! After I wrote a letter to the administrator, Dr. Harrison called and I thought he might actually be apologizing but instead he basically said I was a liar and denied everything that happened. This man should never be allowed to interact with patients. It is not surprising to see that many others have had the same experience.

Dr. Steven Harrison is one of the best doctors I have ever met he's intelligent smart and Headstrong you make me feel very comfortable with his decisions
