Dr. Steven Hedlesky, MD

I am a nurse with 24 years of experience in ER and critical care. I was seen by this doctor after having 3 seizures back to back withnessed by ambulance personnel. He accused me of faking the seizures and the ambulance personnel of not knowing any better. I am at present seeing 2 of the best neurologist in the country who are trying to figure out what causes my seizures. Dr. Hedlesky told me that because I was not on seizure medication that I was faking it and that I wanted drugs. He then proceeded to pinch me on the right inner aspects of my arm while I was awake and oriented (this is usually only done post ictal of when a patient is onconscience, painfull stimuli) I told me to stop acting like I was unconscience while I was talking to him. I have never treated or been treated like this in my entire life!!! my arm is black and blue still and it's 5 days later!!!!!

Great diagnostics. Good plans and excellent bedside manner. Very pleased.
