Dr. Steven Michael Isserman, MD

Dr. Isserman is very kind and he is extremely thorough. He's incredibly professional as well as his entire staff.

Dr Isserman gained my confidence the first time i had an encounter with him, he diagnosed the problem and laid out the procedures in plain terms. I completely felt at ease. Honest,Professional and Sincere. Definitely recommend this Doctor to anyone. If i ever need a Heart specialist again he will definitely be mine. He probably saved my life. AAAAA+ Thanks

Dr. Isserman( is the most caring physician I have ever been to see....he's understanding of his craft is awesome..he listens to you as a person and lets you talk....he explains not only the treatment but how long it may take to get you back feeling yourself again....this Dr. Is a A list physician all the way. He wants his pts to get better, he never bushes you off.

My 1st visit went well and I left impressed with the Dr. the second visit I wondered if he really heard what I was saying. The third visit My primary physician sent me back to him with a readout of a heart monitor and notes for him to follow up with me at appointment. When I went in he had not even looked atanythingand wanted to know if it was the old pain which confused me until I finally understood that he had not looked at any thing in my file and did not know thedr had senthim anything. I asked him about it and he said "why no he had not had a chance to look at it" At that point Iasked if he wanted constructive criticism and told him that every patient expected him to be up to par when he came in to see them to know why they were there to see him why else do we spend all that time filling out forms etc. he could not rely on charm and good looks to get him by. He needed to have read my Dr.'s notes before he ever came into see me, the patient, and that went for all patients… that he was seeing. AS it was it was a totally wasted visit per him, because he should have referred me to a different doctor based on my doctors notes and he would have done that if he had done what he was supposed to do. I was very disappointed. He did however get me an appointment with the Doctor that I needed to see who would perform the pacemaker procedure that was needed.

This was my first office visit. Dr. Isserman was very professional. He seemed interested in what had led me to make a appointment with a heart doctor. He listened to me than gave his opinion and wanted to run some test. He does not give the impression that you are just another problem to be hurried through. His staff also gives a good impression.

Dr Steve will spend as much time with a patient as the patient needsHonestly made us feel like we were the only patient he had. Explained everything to us and calmed the fear of not knowing. Would send my children to him, that's how highly I would recommend him

Dr. Isserman met with me, diagnosed my cardiomyopathy and extended treatment options with care and consideration. While he included the information about how losing weight would help in recovery, his demeaner was not judgemental as are the attitudes of many doctors I've seen.If you have issues with depression or eating disorders, see Dr. Isserman for any cardiac issues. He is very perceptive and empathetic to issues contributing to heart conditions.
