Highly impersonal staff

Bad staff. He needs to get rid of Sierra. She has absolutely no understanding of how to help people. Just awful.

Does not take patient concerns seriously. Twice he downplayed health concerns brought to him. One turned out to be a chronic autoimmune condition easily diagnosed with a blood draw. The second was a chronic bacterial infection of which I am still suffering the consequences of. Do not see this doctor.

Because he has a personalized medicine practice with a limited number of patients (500) where you pay an annual fee, getting appointments are never a problem. Neither is spending adequate time during the appointment. Courteous, pleasant, good bedside manner. Seems to downplay everything, however, and making progress on addressing issues is not as aggressive as I would like to see. May be too conservative in his methods for some people - that is, maybe a little too much emphasis on the "first do no harm" part of the hippocratic oath. I'm fine with that for the most part, but catching things like cancer early requires more what if, out-of-the-box thinking.
