He participated in a three-year residency program in the United States Air Force, where he achieved the rank of Captain. He has had extensive training in prosthetics and oral surgery. Dr. Kafko has been in private practice for over years. He is a member of the ADA. Dr. Kafko has diverse interests that include writing, running, and ballroom dancing.
