Good doctor. Thorough

When my husband died, I kept a previously scheduled appointment with him when I probably should have canceled. Just a checkup appt. But I spent 45 min pretty hysterical about his death. Dr. Kalt listened and did not try to shut me down. I now feel badly that I was so emotional but I appreciate that he listened and did not look bored. I also think he is thorough in his exams and refers you to all the proper tests he thinks you may need.

Dr. Kalt is my primary care doctor. He always listens to me.., my concerns. Knowledgeable, understanding, helped me when my husband died..mostly letting me talk about it, not looking at his watch.......he is a great doctor. I highly recommend with 10 STARS!

I was pleased with my initial consultation with Dr. Kalt. Finding a new doctor can be an intimidating process. He listened to all my concerns, and we came to a mutual agreement regarding treatment plans. I am making Dr. Kalt my Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Kalt is one of the most caring, understanding, insightful doctor I have ever had. He truly cares about me and my problems even if he does not know exactly what is wrong with me. I would recommend Dr. Kalt to anyone who needs a compassionate, caring doctor. His nurse is also an amazing person. I don't know so much about the people at the front desk in Johnstown but other than that Dr. Kalt is fantastic!!

I've been going to Dr. Kalt for almost 10 years. He's helped me through several significant health issues and a few minor ones, too. I've always found him and his staff attentive and caring. He takes time, both to listen to my issues/concerns and to fully explain any tests and his diagnosis. I've had mixed experience with the front desk people. Overall, I'm grateful that I have a doctor like Dr. Kalt to see whenever I need to.

Dr. Kalt is a knowledgeable, experienced and one of the best physicians I have met and have been treated by in the past 40 years(I have seen and have been treated by the best from Harvard, Yale, etc.).
